Document Manager provides simple storage and retrieval of any type of file, including emails and scanned items. These can then be categorized by Fee Earner, Client or Matter.

A simple, fast search facility allows documents to be easily located. One of Document Manager’s major benefits is the ability to search a document’s contents. A document can be given a description, which is also searchable. Document Manager enables users to share common data, preventing the need to store the same information in multiple places.

User defined document templates are available for any number of standard documents. The user can choose to edit existing templates or create a new one.
