To alleviate this problem LAWMAN incorporates a web based information facility that allows the client to track the progress of their matters and check the status of their account. Selected documents can also be published to the web at the discretion of the Fee Earner.
Web Tracker is available to your clients utilising a secure password and log in facility via your website. You can allow them to see as much or as little information as you want. If made available, they are able to check their balance, unpaid bills, case progression and even view any documentation produced. Other third parties to the matter can be provided access to more limited information. This will ensure that your clients and third parties are fully aware of the current status of their matters and the case progress.
