Post Room Scanning

Lawman provides your own fully integrated solution for scanning of documents to be stored in the Client / Matter File. This can hold Money Laundering identity, property maps and any relevant related documentation. It can be undertaken as a central exercise to scan in documents at source as a ‘post room’ to then distribute automatically through departments, or as a single operation with a scanner attached to individual worktops so that selected documents can be scanned and stored against the Matter file. This additional facility provides a full electronically held Client and Matter file for incoming and outgoing documents and other correspondence types.
