Integrated Post Room Scanning

This is our own developed and fully integrated solution for scanning of documents to sit in the Client / Matter File within our Lawman Office Management. This can hold Money Laundering identity held within the Document Storage file against the Client. It can be undertaken as a central exercise to scan in documents at source as a ‘post room’ to then distribute automatically through departments, or as a single operation with a scanner attached to individual worktops so that selected documents can be stored against the matter file. Options provide a full electronically held Client and Matter file for incoming and outgoing documents and other correspondence types.
