Full In-House Training
Accounts: we concentrate on the Accountant / Cashier who will be doing all the postings and financial reporting. Training on accounts can also include any other members of your personnel whom the firm considers would also benefit from this knowledge.
Case & Document Management: Training ‘Super Users’ involves our provision of full instruction on everyday use of the system for Heads of Department or Administrators who can then provide in-house training to impart this knowledge to others. We can also provide training on extra aspects of our system, such as the use of the Report Designer, which will allow you to produce your own user-defined reports outside the vast number of reports that come as a standard part of the system; to do this you will require a copy of Crystal Reports.
Training can take place for groups of 4 to 6 people in a session at the daily rate for the group.
