Timeslice can provide a Project Plan to fall in line with your own time scales, working to schedule and dependant upon the dates you wish all departments or various departments to ‘go-live’. It can take a phased or ‘big bang’ approach. Our initial focus is to work closely with your own designated Project Manager to ensure dates and time scales are adhered to and the project is efficiently and appropriately implemented.
